Make a Donation

We have been caring for animals for half a century but we wouldn’t exist without our supporters.
Can you help us to continue our work?

How does your donation help?

  • £5 will help pay for toys and blankets for traumatised dogs, cats, puppies and kittens;
  • £10 will help pay for fresh veg and bedding for our many rabbits and guinea pigs;
  • £15 will  help us to pay for necessary vaccinations for all of our animals;
  • £25  will contribute towards neutering costs (all of our animals are neutered before they are rehomed)

Wythall Animal Rescue respects your privacy and we will not sell your personal data.

Give a one-off donation

A one-off donation is much appreciated and will make a huge difference to us.

We will use it to pay for our daily essentials such as food, cat litter and toys.

Give a regular donation

A regular gift is fantastic because it means we can plan our future and be able to accept animals into our centre which need our help, knowing we have the money we need to care for them.

Our biggest regular cost is vets bills.

As a Friend of Wythall you will receive

  • A Key Ring
  • A Car Sticker
  • Quarterly Newsletters

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a lovely way to help our long term residents by making a regular donation towards their daily happiness.

You can also sponsor a kennel or cat pen, or a hutch and we will keep you updated on their current occupants.
Your name will be displayed on the kennel/pod/hutch, listed as a sponsor.

As a sponsor you will receive:

  • A Key Ring
  • A Personalised Certificate
  • A Car Sticker
  • Quarterly Newsletters
  • Twice Yearly updates about your sponsorship

UPDATE COVID 19

We will be opening for rehoming again from this week. To be able to adhere to government guidelines we will not be open with visiting times as we were before, we have to make some changes:

We will be rehoming and viewing by appointment only for now, this is so that we are able to control the amount of people coming on to the premises and stick to social distancing. We do have a few animals that already have potential homes waiting, so we will be dealing with these first. We will call you over the next few days and arrange a day and time for you to come up. Please bare with us as there a few to arrange.
For the safety of our staff and the public, we will be doing virtual homechecks.

For the moment we are still on minimal staff, and have new cleaning procedures to go through each day, so things may take a little longer. Unfortunately we are not able to invite our volunteers back just yet.

All fundraising events have been cancelled throughout the summer, but we will be to continuing to fundraise online, so please keep following and sharing because the help of our supporters is needed now more than ever 🧡

Thankyou to everyone who has been supporting us so far, and for your patience those of you who have been waiting to rehome one of our animals. It is very much appreciated in these difficult times.

Coffee morning cancelled

Sadly, due to the Coronavirus we have had to cancel our coffee morning on the 28th March.  Hopefully we will be able to arrange one in the summer.  We will keep you updated on the status of our future events.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As a precaution due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are limiting visitors to the Sanctuary for now. We will be closed to the general public for looking around the Sanctuary, however, we are still rehoming animals, but it will be by appointment only.

Can we please ask any volunteers who are feeling unwell not to come in thank you.

If there is an animal you are interested in adopting, please call the Sanctuary or email your details, and a member of staff will call you back. If you are suited to the animal, a visit will then be arranged for you to come to the Sanctuary to meet them.

Boarding clients - pick up/drop off is as usual. If you are showing symptoms or have come from one of the countries on the government list (link in comments), please call us before coming to the Sanctuary, or make arrangements for someone else to collect.
If you need to cancel your boarding due to holiday cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but need our staff fit and healthy to look after the animals, so need to take every precaution we can.
