Kitten abandoned in airtight box!

At around 2.50pm on the 21st of September we had a young male kitten approx 10-12 weeks old left outside our reception door. He was left in a sealed airtight storage container.

From checking our CCTV we can see that the lady in question did not even attempt to ring our bell or knock the door to let us know he was there, luckily a staff member found him quickly. We often have donations of pet food, newspapers and goods for our charity shop left in this area so the kitten is really lucky that we checked the box. The lady pulled up outside our gates in a black BMW.
Luckily the kitten appears to have no injuries and apart from being underweight seems in good health and is very friendly, this could have been a lot worse as we have no idea how long this poor boy had been inside this container with no air but he is now safe with us.

If you would like to make a donation to ensure that we are here to help abandoned animals like this please go to our DONATION PAGE for details on how to do this.
